Patrice joined CAREIT in 2023.
He began his professional career with the Engie group, as site manager, before taking charge of the management of several assets, including Les villages de la Défense and La Tour atlantique.
He then joined Nexity PM on the EDF mandate for the Plateau de Saclay, as technical property manager. He oversaw service providers, operations and works (OPEX and CAPEX).
